Where do you ship to?
Across the European Union from our Barcelona hub. Standard delivery is 24/48 business hours within Spain and 48/72 hours to the rest of Europe.
What warranty does Dimsport hardware carry?
24 months of official warranty on all hardware, including factory repair or replacement.
Do I need prior training to use your equipment?
Not strictly required, but we strongly recommend a Dimsport Academy course to get the most out of it. Our distributors also offer onboarding sessions.
Which languages do you support?
We provide direct support in Spanish, English and Italian. For other languages we route you to the official distributor in your country.
